Built for leaders who can't afford to submit a generic resume
Most resume services are built for volume. We built ours for one kind of client: senior leaders whose next move carries real stakes — a confidential board search, a competing offer, or a leadership transition that can't leak before it's ready.
That distinction shapes everything about how we work. We don't run high-volume writer pools or assign you to whoever's next in the queue. Every engagement is matched to a senior writer who has worked inside your function, then paired with recruiter insight on how executive search actually evaluates candidates at your level.
We've supported executives across 40+ industries, from first-time C-suite appointments to post-exit portfolio careers.
This isn't a service you graduate from a templated résumé builder into. It's built from the ground up for people who already have the track record and need it translated into something a board or a hiring committee reads in under a minute and immediately understands.
Positioning, not polishing
A senior leader's resume fails for a different reason than an entry-level one does. It's rarely a formatting problem. It's a scope problem — the document doesn't make clear, fast, and undeniable what you were actually responsible for, what changed because you were there, and why that translates to the next room you're trying to get into.
We don't run a questionnaire and hand it to a writer. Every engagement starts with a real conversation about your trajectory, the ambiguity in your title history, the results that never made it into a performance review, and where you're trying to go next. From there, our writers build a narrative arc across your resume, LinkedIn profile, and executive bio that reads as one coherent case for you, not three disconnected documents.
We work in discretion by default. Many of our clients are in active or quiet searches, and confidentiality is assumed from the first conversation.
Writers who've sat on the other side of the table
We're deliberately small, and vet our resume writers accordingly. Our writers are certified résumé professionals (CPRW / NCRW) with backgrounds that include corporate HR leadership, executive search, and recruiting. These are the people who have actually screened C-suite candidates, not just written about them.
We require writers to specialize by sector rather than generalize across all of them, because the difference between a compelling COO narrative and a compelling CMO narrative isn't cosmetic — it's a different set of metrics, a different audience, and a different definition of impact.
How we operate
Discretion as default
Every engagement is treated as confidential from the first conversation. We don't reference client identities, past employers, or search status without explicit permission — ever.
No pressure, no urgency tactics
We don't manufacture scarcity or push add-ons you don't need. If a lighter package is the right fit for where you are, we'll say so.
Recruiter-informed, not recruiter-affiliated
We design positioning around how search firms and boards actually evaluate candidates — but we don't take referral kickbacks from recruiters or sell your information to them. Our only client is you.
Transparent scope and pricing
You'll know exactly what's included, what isn't, and what happens if revisions are needed, before you pay anything.
Position yourself for the next room you're trying to get into
Whether you're preparing for a confidential executive search, a promotion case, or a leadership transition, our work is built to make the case for you — clearly, quickly, and with the discretion the stakes require.
